ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Nebula Capital does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to lack of results, failure to follow instructions, change of circumstances, or unused services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your participation in our program or services at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation will stop any future recurring charges, if applicable, but does not entitle you to a refund of any prior payments.
If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all remaining payments regardless of usage, participation, or results.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By enrolling in our services, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider.
In the event of a chargeback or dispute, Nebula Capital reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate access to all services, programs, and materials
- Submit evidence of this agreement to the payment processor
- Pursue collection of any outstanding balances
- Take legal action where applicable
SERVICE DELIVERY
You acknowledge that you are purchasing access to information, systems, support, and/or consulting services. Results are not guaranteed, and failure to achieve desired outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
MODIFICATIONS
Nebula Capital reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
